Action Definitions

These are the regular tasks needed to keep titles in good standing. This list may not be complete.

  • Upon registration, a cell claim is deemed to commence as of that date (“Date of Issue”), and is good until the “Expiry Date” (Good To Date) that is one year from the date of registration.
  • Physical work report submissions are required 30 days from the date of registration of work in MTO.
  • Technical work report submissions are required 90 days from the date of registration of the work in MTO
