~~Geological~~The ~~Survey~~Department offor ~~South~~Energy ~~Australia~~and ~~(GSSA)~~Mining (DEM) Mineral Resources Division are responsible for administration and mineral tenure licences and approvals in accordance with the Mining Regulation 2011 under the Mining Act 1971.
