Tenement Safety Net - Action Reports

  • Renewal - ALL Tenement Types - DUE 92 days prior to expiry date - STATUS Tracking/Notes: FULL Based on tenement status change to 'renewal'

  • Annual Checkup - ALL Tenement Types - DUE 60 days prior to anniversary - STATUS Tracking/Notes: NO notify only, useful for verifying expenditure and any other tenement actions

  • Rent and Reports - ALL Tenement Types - DUE 30 days post anniversary - STATUS Tracking/Notes: NO notify only, used to lodge any reports and pay rent

  • Partial Surrender - EL Tenement - DUE 30 days prior to relevant year's anniversary - STATUS Tracking/Notes: NO (not currently?) notify due date only for years 2, 4, 6 under new legislation (2011)
