Tenement Management

Tenement Management is the act of maintaining Mineral and similar titles in accordance with the relevent legislation, for the purpose of protecting them from forfeiture or loss.

A tenement Manager is responsible for some or all of the following:

• Ensuring all critical actions are met in a timely manner
• Payment of statutory rents, rate and other fees are made
• Negotiate with land holders and native title holders for land access
• Lodge applications for new tenements and renewals
