Example of Conditions on Flora and Fauna Reserve
Exploration and related activities and measures to protect the environment being carried out in accordance with the Conservation Management Plan (CMP) document titled: Conservation Management Plan for Drilling Programs in the Dundas Nature Reserve on E63/1001 to 1004 and E69/3246, May 2014_11 Revision Edition: 3 and retained on DMP Files E63/1001 to 1004 and E69/3246 and such future revisions of this CMP as are required and approved for this tenement by the Director of Environment DMP in consultation with the Director General Department of Parks and Wildlife or agreed delegate.
At least five working days prior to accessing the reserve or proposed reserve area, unless otherwise agreed with the relevant Regional Manager of the Department of Parks and Wildlife (DPaW-RM), the holder providing the DPaW-RM with an itinerary and program of the locations of operations on the Licence area and informed at least five days in advance of any changes to that itinerary. All activities and movements shall comply with reasonable access and travel requirements of DPaW-RM regarding seasonal/ground conditions.
The Licencee submitting to the Director, Environment, Department of Mines and Petroleum (DMP) and to the relevant Regional Manager of the Department of Parks and Wildlife (DPaW-RM) in January of each year, a brief report outlining the project operations and rehabilitation work undertaken in the previous 12 months and the proposed operations, environmental management plans and rehabilitation programs for the next 12 months. The report must include a map showing the location of all disturbances and rehabilitation activities that occurred during the reporting period.
The Licencee submitting to the Director, Environment, Department of Mines and Petroleum (DMP) and to the relevant Regional Manager of the Department of Parks and Wildlife (DPaW-RM) a project completion report at the completion of each programme of exploration activities outlining the project operations and rehabilitation work undertaken in the programme. This report is to be submitted within six months of completion of each programme of exploration activities.
