• Renewal - ALL Tenement Types - DUE 30 days prior to expiry date - STATUS Tracking/Notes - Full Based on tenement renewal lodgement date set in dataset

• Annual Checkup - ALL Tenement Types - DUE 60 days prior to anniversary - STATUS Tracking/Notes - No Notify Only

• Rent and Reports - ALL Tenement Types - DUE 30 days post anniversary - STATUS Tracking/Notes - No Notify Only
