The key point when using Tengraph and to avoid most problems is use Internet Explorer browser and Windows, as Tengraph is very intermittent with other browsers such as Microsoft Edge and Google Chrome. Though Tengraph will function with Google Chrome, Tengraph disconnects when zooming in and out on a map. Also using Microsoft Edge and Google Chrome as your default browsers will cause problems. Also to run Tengraph you need Citrix 4.3 and not Citrix 4.4, which the DMP’s website points to.

It will not run in Microsoft Edge and Google Chrome.

For loading data into Mapinfo and ArcMap, tenements and other mapping information can be downloaded from DMP Data Centre. The DMP has recently developed WA Geology a geology mapping app for mobile devices that has geology, tenements and topographic maps among other things, but the screens lacks a certain amount of flexibility.
