How to Pay Rent or Fees (NT)

All rents in the Northern Territory must be paid before the anniversary date, unlike Western Australia where you have 30 days after the anniversary date.

Schedule of Fees & Rent has will increase the 01 July each year.

Rent will not increase for Exploration Licences granted BEFORE 07 November 2011

Rent + AMINISTRATION FEE $287 (2016)

GST no longer applies to rent in NT

Rent –Exploration- Exploration Licences for tenements granted after 7 November 2011:2011

These rent apply only to exploration licences granted on or after commencement of the Mineral Titles Act

	Year 1 and Year 2		$35		per block
Year 3 and Year 4	$71	per block
Year 5 and Year 6	$143	per block
Subsequent years	$201	per block
