Where a person or a company is under taking exploration or mining on a tenement in Qld the DNRM is required to be notified, the definitions are wider than this and require reference to appropriate sections of the Act, which are set out at the bottom of the forms.

For the purpose of exploration the Notification of Individual as Operator of Mine is the required form.
